Looking for an activity to help your child grow and develop leadership skills? Look no further. Aikido is the perfect fit! Our instructors have decades of youth instruction experience, so your child will learn and grown in a safe and supportive environment.
Looking for hands-on experience in the unique and enriching martial art of Aikido? Our Beginners Course is Fun, FREE, and no experience required. Try this new skill in our safe, supportive, and friendly training environment.

A program for those wanting a deepened connection to Zen Buddhism.
ZEN CALLIGRAPHY
Empty your mind and tap into full mindfulness. Focus on the brush stroke as it happens in this moment. Relax, drink some tea, and enjoy the here and now!
ZEN CRAFTERNOONS
We regularly host fun events, including our Zen Crafternoons. These classes are open to the public. Come to class with your busy mind, leave class with your focused and relaxed mind. Our Zen Crafternoons are the perfect ‘me time’.

After watching a class or partaking in our beginners week, there is the option to become a member. Become a member of our Aikido, Zen, or Zen Calligraphy program. We also have an unlimited option, giving you access to all three!

We love families that train together! Learn something new with your immediate family; your spouse, parent, child, or sibling, and have a Fun activity to share!
The highest-paying family member will be set at regular pricing. Thereafter, the lowest-paying family member will receive 25% off, the second lowest-paying family member will receive 30% off, and the third lowest-paying family member will receive 50% off.
